Stativa, LLC provides positions in where IT leadership is viewed as a strategic differentiator and is supported accordingly.  Typically reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer and dotted line to the General Manager, this position will primarily focus on driving forward the internal operations organization to an "internal consultant model" that is efficient and responsive while meeting demand with quality talent and support at the lowest possible cost.
 
The IT IT CLIENT ARCHITECTURE DELIVERY VICE PRESIDENT will perform the following for our client:
  • Determine and refine existing metrics for ongoing monitoring of the efficiency, quality, and timeliness of internal operations
  • Partner with peers to ensure needs are being met, and to offer expertise and guidance to achieve their goals
  • Assume governance of our architecture and security frameworks by partnering with clients to clearly understand their requests. Educate and effectively influence clients to adopt our established frameworks and establish a process to consider any flexibility when outcomes offer better business results without risk to our strategic technical direction.
  • Lead the IT division's monthly Enterprise Performance Review (EPR) process. Must have deep knowledge of all aspects of the division's performance, including successes and opportunity areas, and represent that to our Enterprise Executive Leadership team.
  • Capable and experienced for the leadership of a 500-plus organization of employees, and external contract resources that fluctuate to meet demand while achieving high value at the lowest possible cost.
  • Also responsible for our Project Management Office (PMO) and Quality Assurance (QA) effectiveness.
Other high impact contributions will be:
  • Providing strategic and tactical direction and planning to our client in the area of infrastructure and systems architecture, development and deployment of business applications.
  • Assisting in the establishment of IT strategy and its alignment with business objectives and resultsManaging the Technology Strategic Plans, which will ensure that our client is positioned to grow, able to seize new opportunities, maintain a superior financial position and provide exceptional service to its customers.Assisting in the selection of strategic technology and outsourced partners.
  • Providing technology leadership for formulating, evaluating, and implementing information technology (IT) policies and initiatives.
  • Developing, establishing and managing to a set timetable for the deployment of technologies (including business applications and technology infrastructure) within the enterprise.
  • Determining, formulating and administering relevant IT and management policies and practices.
  • Developing and maintaining an enterprise-level perspective of enterprise data, processes, practices, and goals.
  • Collaborating with all enterprise divisions to acquire and promote awareness of technology, information, and communication needs and opportunities, placing high importance on internal customer services and learning.
  • Managing periodic technology portfolio analysis to generate technology plans that ensure technology alignment with our client’s strategic plans.
  • Staying current and maintain knowledge of trends, emerging technologies, and information systems development, and determine their potential utility for our clients.
  • Managing our client’s technology expense and capital budgets, evaluate needs, conduct cost and productivity analyses, and determine technology priorities to effectively and efficiently utilize technology revenue.
  • Providing leadership and direction for internal departments.
  • Cultivating and maintaining professional contacts with other professional organizations and associations concerning existing and developing information technologies.
  • Making recommendations and presentations to Executive Management and Board.
  • Fostering and promoting a service provider attitude in the work habits of staff, and achieve a high level of user satisfaction and return on IT investments.
  • Hiring, evaluating, mentoring, training, and coaching to improve divisional administrative and support staff.

  • Demonstrate ability to develop and cultivate a dynamic progressive and geographically dispersed technology organization.
  • Have a proven track record of leadership in attracting, developing and retaining talented staff who deliver results.
  • Have a proven track record in successfully establishing and maintaining internal and external client relations.
  • Have an outward facing persona and proven track record in successfully representing internally developed IT products to in-house and external clients.
  • Have experience in the development of an integrated IT architecture to support future growth.
  • Are able to lead technology evaluation and deployment efforts.
  • Have excellent, adaptive interpersonal skills, ability to effectively interact with all levels of executives.
  • Have strong business acumen; strong analytical skills.
  • Have understanding of business systems and ability to speak with executives/management knowledgeably regarding such systems.
